What to include

• Playback issues — title name, device (phone/tablet/desktop), and roughly when it happened.
• Sync issues — the email you use for Sync (never send passwords — we don’t use them).
• Privacy requests — describe what you want deleted or exported.
• Security reports — responsible disclosure welcome; please don’t publish exploits before we’ve had time to fix them.

We do not offer phone support. We will never ask for your payment details by email.
